Phil brings over 10 years of hands-on supply chain experience to that mission. He’s managed $80M in supplier spend at GE, run a $20M manufacturing operation as Plant Manager, and consulted for 20+ private equity-backed manufacturers across every major ERP system.
Across every engagement, the pattern was the same — the data was there, and Phil built solutions with traditional BI tools to try to unlock it.
