Consulting

Custom software for your supply chain.

We design and build the systems your operation is missing: ERP integrations, internal tools, clean master data, AI assistants, and the cloud plumbing underneath. The engineer who scopes it is the engineer who builds it, and it’s live in your operation in weeks.

01 / What we build

The kinds of work we do

Working software, delivered into your operation. Not decks, not recommendations for someone else to build.

ERP integrations and data pipelines

Your operational data, out of the ERP and into a form reporting and AI can actually use. Set up once, current every morning.

Custom internal tools

Planning views, quoting tools, scheduling boards, report automation. Purpose-built for how your operation actually works, not how a vendor imagined it.

AI assistants on your data

Natural-language answers your team can check, with every response traceable back to your own records.

Master data cleanup

Item master, part descriptions, BOMs, routings. We find the issues, quantify them, and repair them in bulk, not flag them in a report.

Cloud, DevOps, and hosting

Environments, deployment pipelines, identity, backups, monitoring. The foundation that keeps custom software running for years, in your cloud accounts or hosted by us.

Team enablement

Your people using modern AI tooling on their own work, taught inside your workflows, not in a webinar.

02 / Where it runs

Works with what you already run.

You keep the systems you have. We connect them and build on top, with no vendor lock-in.

ERP

SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, Sage, or homegrown. Any ERP with a database.

Cloud

Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Google Workspace. We work daily in all of them.

Data

Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Postgres. Any warehouse, or none yet.

Hosting

Your tenant and your accounts by default, or fully hosted by us if you prefer.

03 / The app factory

Turn your team into builders.

Tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Google’s Gemini put the most powerful AI models directly in your employees’ hands, and that means your own people can build the small internal apps they’ve always wanted. Done naively, that’s chaos: credentials in spreadsheets, apps nobody owns, no way to know what touches your ERP.

For clients whose first builds have landed and who want to go further, we install the guardrails that make it safe at company scale: a governed connector library for your company data, an app template with security built in, one review gate, and one portal where every app lives with a named owner. Your team builds; the platform keeps it governed.

Step 1

Idea

Someone on your team knows exactly what their screen should show.

Step 2

Sandbox

They build it with an AI assistant, from a template that arrives with login and governed data access already wired.

Step 3

Review gate

One automated checkpoint: secret scan, permission check, a named owner on every app.

Step 4

Live

The app registers itself in the company portal, with its owner and its data permissions on the card.

We maintain a working reference implementation of this pattern, a full demo company with a portal, governed connectors, and a review gate. Ask to see it on a scoping call.

04 / How engagements work

Start small. Commit one step at a time.

Every engagement starts with the audit. Nothing after it is assumed: each step is scoped from what the last one found.

Start here

AI360 Audit

2-3 weeks · on site

We walk your floor, sit with the people doing the work, and go through your ERP data firsthand. Real workflows, real records, no questionnaires.

You walk away with:

  • A ranked opportunity list: what to build, what it takes, what it saves.
  • Mock-ups of the top builds, before you spend a build dollar.
  • A master data readiness check.

Scoped Build

typically 4-8 weeks

We pick one workflow from the audit that is big enough to matter and focused enough to win, then build it in your environment: integrations, data repairs, internal tools, automation.

You walk away with:

  • A working system, live in your operation, that your team was trained on while it was built.
  • Clean master data behind it, repaired in bulk.
  • Full ownership: code, documentation, and accounts are yours.

Embedded Partnership

monthly · no long-term contract

We stay on as your software and AI partner: a ranked backlog, the next builds, and maintenance on what is live.

You walk away with:

  • New capability shipped and existing systems maintained, every month.
  • A team that gets more fluent with modern AI tools on their real daily work.
  • A partner who already knows your systems when the next idea comes up.

Engagements run fixed-scope or on time and materials, whichever fits the work. Either way, scope and numbers are agreed before we start.

Built to be safe with your ERP

Your ERP stays the system of record

We build around it, never over it. Nothing writes back without your explicit sign-off.

Read-only first

First projects run on read-only access. Deeper integration happens only once trust is earned, with your IT in the room.

Secure by default

Role-level security, least-privilege access, your accounts, your infrastructure.

05 / Who does the work

Founder-led, on purpose.

Phil Cheesman, Founder

The practice is led by SIOP360’s founder, Phil Cheesman. Before building software, Phil ran supply chains inside manufacturers: GE’s operations leadership program, plant manager, director of supply chain, then 20+ private equity consulting engagements across manufacturing. He built the SIOP360 platform itself with his own hands. That’s the bar for what we ship: software we’d run our own operation on.

When you work with us, that’s who shows up. No bench, no juniors, no handoff.

06 / Questions

The questions operators actually ask

What ERPs and clouds do you work with?

Any of them. We’ve worked with SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, Sage, and homegrown systems, and we deploy on Azure, AWS, and Google. If your ERP has a database, we can build on it. The audit is where we confirm exactly how.

Do you replace our ERP?

No. Your ERP stays the system of record. We build the connections, tools, and automation around it so the data you already collect starts earning its keep.

Our data is a mess. Is that a dealbreaker?

It’s normal, and it’s part of the work. Master data cleanup is usually where we start, because nothing built on bad records survives contact with a real operation. The audit tells you exactly how bad it is and what fixing it takes.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything runs in your accounts and on your infrastructure, and you keep the code and documentation. If your team wants to maintain and extend it themselves someday, they can. Most clients keep us on for that instead. It’s a choice, not a dependency.

Is this how you sell your software product?

No. The consulting practice is vendor-neutral and stands on its own; most engagements never touch the SIOP360 platform. The product matters here for one reason: it’s proof we build real systems. If planning software is genuinely the right answer for you, we’ll talk about it then.
